Critical Reflection Questions

This is shown in shots filmed in the music video. The music video opens with a medium close up shot that demonstrates a girl looking low-spirited. This primarily shows the concept video genre that was planned all the way from the beginning. By producing a concept music video, little things had to be done carefully so the gloomy mood of the music video could be known. Unlike other genres, the mis-en-scene in the music video had to be specific. The acting had to be spot on, the point of the genre was to deliver a message, and to do this the actors had to make gestures in their face that would demonstrate how depressed they are. Production Blog: Making final changes and edits.

 As the due date of the music video is very close, some final edits and changes were made. A few scenes that were on the storyboard were changed. Instead of going to the beach, I decided it would be better to do it at the pool. Going to the beach is a lot of work and comes with more complication. Filming the fifth scene at the pool will still deliver the same message as if it would be filmed at the beach. The actor would still be fully clothed and looking insecure for the shot. Also, the last shot for the music video was filmed for the music video. This was a medium long-shot of me in the bathroom removing my makeup. This scene was recorded quickly before I went to school. For some reason, today I woke up earlier so I decided to film this scene and get out of the way. Recording this only took about 15 seconds. All the scenes that include me are all finished. The only thing left to do is to edit the clips and I'll be all done. During study hall, I put some of the clips together. To
