Filming Blog: Beginning the Process
Hey bloggers, welcome back. Today, I was finally able to begin the process of the final task. I filmed scenes 1 and of the opening sequence. I was not able to film a lot because I had to go out to my friends birthday dinner. However, I'm glad that I was able to start filming. I have about a month left to film, but I decided to start today because I didn't want to leave everything for last minute. If I leave everything for last minute, I will be highly stressed. So, why would I want to put stress on myself if I have the ability to start filming right now. I was a little behind schedule. Originally, on my schedule filming was supposed to begin on February 15, which was three days ago, but there was a few setbacks. Since it was a Thursday, I was not able to find a ride to the house of my groupmate because everyone was busy with work or other things. My groupmate also lives a little far from me, so that just made getting transportation even more hard. Since today is a Sunday, way more people are available. Today, I was able to find a ride with no problem. Filming the first two scenes did not take a long time at all. In about an hour I was done with the first two scenes. Originally, it was supposed to be my house and my groupmates house because the filming took place in a living room and a bedroom, but my team and I decided it would be easier to just film in the same house for today. I did not want to bother anyone asking for a ride to two different places. Trying to get to two different houses and back to the original house is too complicated. Staying at the same house for both scenes was able to suffice. For the first scene, I made an appearance and for the second one as well. I was not the one filming, I was the one getting filmed. I gave the person who is filming me my phone to use as a camera, I believe that my phone quality is good and can take good quality videos which is what is needed.
